We at enanoslivo are proud to announce that this year we had enough grapes to make TWO batches of grape jam. Or rather, one batch of grape jam and one batch of grape "sauce". Don't know what happened with that second recipe...
Elia was very happy to help pick the grapes, but balked at squeezing the "eyeballs" out of the skin. Too slimy!
Josie, preparing to be a doctor, decided she should know just what grape eyeballs look like and helped me squeeze a whole bunch. Grape eyeballs are green - and slimy.

I bet even that "sauce" is yummy and of course you can add LOTS MORE to your toast, since it's so runny! I wish I could have a taste!
