Today is Papi's birthday.
And also Ash Wednesday.
So I think he gets the best of both worlds - celebrationsish and his favorite liturgical day.

Are we going to the Y because it's your birthday?
Are you taking a shower because it's your birthday?
They gave him beautifully wrapped presents, just what every Papi wants on his birthday.
Madeline and I love you hearts. The girls made sure to tell him that they will keep his birthday book in their room. He can read it whenever he wants. But put it back.
