We've discovered a new salad in this house. It involves cooked bulghur, balsamic vinagrette and everything in the fridge. We've eaten this salad four times this week. The girls love it, the boys love it, even the parents love it. The girls love helping me with all the chopping and mixing. And here's the best part - according to Josie - I didn't even cut myself making it!
The latest salad consists of bulghur, celery, apples, swiss cheese, broccoli, shaved carrots and garbanzos. All lovingly rested on a bed of chopped lettuce. Try it, you might like it.
